Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

The room was comfortable, Clean except four hairs in the bathroom and the bathtub was nice.That's about it.

The first night I was there some person on drugs, tried to break into my room through my window and it woke me up at five o'clock in the morning and it scared me extremely bad and because they don't have the Office open twenty 47 I had nobody to help me at that moment and also on top of everything.It was my birthday that day. I had to spend another night in that hotel all alone as a single woman and I was not feeling safe after that.It was very, very frightening, and i've never had anything that scary happen before in a hotel room.

Staff was rude.. people was trying to conversate her with her and she was just giving a bad attitude towards everybody for no reason. I was told to book through booking.com since they can't book anything on their location. After booking through booking.com I was told that they didn't accept a prepaid or a cash app card. Which is kind of weird since I've used this card to stay at more fancier hotels with no issues so I don't know why they wouldn't accept it.

Our room was on the second floor right by the lobby and it was above my truck so it made it easier to get in and out.
Room was very clean, bed was comfortable.
We like a very cold room as it helps us sleep we were able to turn the air conditioning down to 60° and one of the best nights of sleep that we had in years.
Negatives:
Even though check out was 10:00 a.m., we had to leave early at 7:00 a.m. there wasn't anybody in the lobby available to check us out (as it was closed) so we had to leave the key in the room since there was no drop off box.

garbage should be picked up by the door by the staff instead of us going to big dumpster at the back . I was borrowing a knife to cut fruits but I need to buy the whole cutlery. no pots and pans too as advertised, no breakfast

WHEN WE GOT THERE WE GAVE THEM THE RESERVATION NUMBER AND THEY SAID THEY COULDNT FIND THE RESERVATION SO WE HAD TO OAY AGAIN AND WHEN WE CONTACTED TO GET REFUNDED FOR THE FIRST ROOM THEY SPOKE TO THE MANAGER WHO ALL OF THE SUDDEN COULD FIND OUT RESERVATION AND WOULDNT REFUND US

The area was great. Close to family.
Negatives:
Everything that was listed on the website was supposed to be offered. Wasn't. Example ; kitchen ware, dinner ware,toaster, cofee/tea pot, breakfast daily/ grab n go breakfast. Coffee in the lobby. Housekeeping was listed as every couple of days and was changed to one every 8 days. The person who checked me in told me to check out the room. "If I didn't like the room. I could cancel and check with the other facility and see if the had room. The had all that was offered on the website."
