Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Hotel employee at the front desk was courteous on our arrival and helpful with myself and guests checking in.
Negatives:
We did have to change rooms one night but all was good during our stay. The front desk hotel employee also was quick to trade out our used towels for fresh ones when we needed them in a very timely manner. Love the quick and efficient service!

Yes, it said that I had a room online when I booked it and when I arrived apparently they had no pet friendly rooms and I had drove miles and miles and miles and they would not put me in a room and there was no other rooms in the area that night

I didnt like this place , I didnt feel safe i, the parking lot looked like is a homeless hotel, long chair all over sitting outside, I got to the office they were a couple that look all drugged up, nobody at the front desk , when she came she was rude

10 minutes of wait and the lady came back she was so rude , and I told her let me go outside I be back and she laughs at me and told me that she cancel everything so I was stranded with my 15 years old and had to find a place for us at last minute .Hated

The hotel staff was rude and nasty. They kicked me out because the front attendant said I rose my voice at him and I was escorted to my room to take my stuff. After I left I requested a refund since I didnt sleep there and they refused.

They claim my room was too dirty they didnt allow me to pick up band no damage was caused only some drinks and food on the counter. I left my credit card behind and someone used it and I ended cancelling my card because whomever took it, made charges

I didn't even stay there. I called your customer service. Nothing they could do for a credit or refund. After I paid for the room protection service which is garbage just charged me a extra 9 dollars for absolutely nothing. Will never use this
