After Thursday, Dec 19th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Phoenix), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 19, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: The two ladies at the front desk were excellent! They handled all questions quickly, professionally, and cheerfully. All guests checking, or returning for the day, were greeted in the same cheerful manner. Kudos to them both!! That said, we found the location was not convenient for our needs and we did not complete our stay.
