Our room was not cleaned as they advise it would be every other day. Left for the entire day to come back and find that it was not cleaned and told we would have to wait for the next day. We had to request to swap out for clean towels as we are a family of 5.

Nice / clean. Staff were approachable and very nice. The atmosphere was very inviting. The breakfast was wonderful!
We came into town for business and a medical procedure. We needed to freshen up prior to my husbands procedure and it was technically too early to check-in. I called the hotel and they were able to let us have a room earlier so that we could rest. They even gave us bottled water. They really went above and beyond. Everyone was so kind and helpful. We thoroughly loved this stay and will be back. Thank you!!

Employee not knowledgeable about the hotel. Said breakfast was going to be till 9:30am, but it ended at 9am. One of my main reasons I booked this hotel.
They said there will be water in the rooms at checkin, none to be found.
