Negatives:
When we first enter the room there were two garbage bin fill with garbage, the table was dirty, no towels and the bar of soap was out of its box. We called the front desk, a young lady help us I think she was new there but very professional. She apologize and gave us a new room. While in the other room we notice that the bar of soap was also used and what devastated us the most was when we found hairs on the bed when we moved the top covers. We called the front desk it was a different lady that answered her name is Anayelle. We told her what we experienced from both room and how unacceptable it was and we wanted our refund cause we needed to get out. All she said was come down. She couldnt careless , no apology or maybe see how she can make it up for the inconvenience, mind you this was like 11 pm in the night. Anyways we got out of there. We talk to the front desk manager Malessia the following day to confirm our refund. She had no clue what happened and she was unprofessional. Malessia the front desk manager didnt show any concern for the situation . The letter she sent booking.com she stated we chose to leave. How rediculous that is, even after i sent her the pictures and wrote what we experienced. We used La Quinta in Los Angeles but this was our first visit to Arizona and believe me our last time using La Quinta. Those two employes need training.

Nothing. My daughter receibed hundreds of bed bug bites. She had to pack up and ask the front desk to switch us took a new room.

That the Doubletree was across the street and we wanted to stay there.
Negatives:
There was roaches, pet dander, sewer smell, toilet didn’t work. The first room we checked in there was live roaches everywhere and dead ones, we got moved to another room that smelled like pet dander and moved rooms again for the 3rd and settled. We only got $40 back for the inconvenience. NEVER WOULD WE STAY HERE AND/OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY HERE!
