Staff. Toothpaste and slippers not readily available in the room, it has to be requested. When I called the receptionist to request for the toothpaste she asked me if I can go down to the reception area to get it. What? They then deliver it to the room after 20 minutes. Customer service is not that pleasing.

The finish in the spa & pool needs to be repaired. It was visibly deteriorating which made it rough on the feet, probably not good for the pool vacuum, pumps & filters either.
