The staff was nice, the breakfast was good. My husband liked the soft sheets and pillows. We could easily walk to a restaurant for dinner.
Negatives:
The first floor was flooded and a slipping hazard walking to the stairs. The hotel is in dire need of upgrades. It was falling apart and needed some TLC. The second lock on our sliding glass door was missing a piece to lock it. The patio was full of trash. The complimentary coffee in the lobby was empty. The rooms were not ready at 3 and we had to wait for our room. We finally got to our room after the front desk person had to call the manager to see if we could get a room.
Quality Inn truly needs to come and evaluate this poorly run-down hotel and require changes to be made immediately. We will never stay there again. Save your money and try the many other hotels in the area.

Filthy, trash outside our sliding door, hallways with wet and soppy carpet, dirty hallways, ice machines broken on every level of our building, drains in bathrooms don’t drain, stocked toiletries we already opened and used and 1/2 empty, indicating no one cleaned, pillows smelled of incense, so bad we left after 1st night, worst hotel I ever stayed at and average to 200 per night with a dog, dog area with busted bag holders , so no bags for dog waste, curtains old stained and broken

The breakfast has completed my expectations. You have various of food to choose (scrumbled eggs, pork, potatotes, bagels, pancakes). Must tell I really appreciated.
