Staff went over and beyond... No doubt!
The location is 20/10.
The pool was amazing.
The room is a little bit outdated and the shower pressure is very weak but ... It still has its own climate and we enjoyed a stay!
The laundry room was a big bonus!
Negatives:
The breakfast needs more variety - tacos for 7 days was too much! Some ham/cheese would be nice (to make sandwich) with different fresh fruit (not just/only banana) and different flavours of yogurts.
