Friendly, acommadating staff. Food at the cafe was good - happy to have GF options - I had expected to only have salad.

Rooms were clean and beds pretty comfortable.
Negatives:
I thought the rooms should be less due to the spare, dated condition and the all night train noise, but there is a premium cost for close location to Havasupai trailhead.
