I had safety concerns, I was followed off the elevator by a male guest. The smell of chemicals was way overbearing. There were a bunch of people drinking in the parking lot. Piles of trash outside the elevator door.

The bed and bed frame were horrible. The remote for the TV didn't work. The room and entire floor smelled really bad. No soap in the room. Doors slamming all night.

Absolutely nothing.
Negatives:
They left us standing in the lobby for 20 mins and threatened to cancel the reservation when we got frustrated and told them there was a disabled person waiting. The room and linens were dirty, the beds were uncomfortable.
Positives:
They have a full size fridge and 2 burner so you can cook real food.
Negatives:
The bed was a full, the sink wouldn't drain after washing our hands once, the ac unit kind of worked. There was only 2 pillows for 2 people. There was a fee is we used the phone or change out any of the linen. This building seems like it's for people that are coming out of jail and just trying to find a place to stay before they get back on their feet.
