Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Room was clean, bedsheets, towels, bathroom and kitchenette were clean. TV had premium subscription channels. Recliner chair was very comfy.
Negatives:
Bedsheets were not soft, they were rough and uncomfortable. Pillows were small and flat. A/C blew ice cold but was loud and vibrated. Refrigerator was incredibly loud and rattled obnoxiously. I had to unplug it at night so I could sleep and as a result could not really keep food in it. I saw an adult roach on the wall in the bathroom and found baby roaches on the bathroom floor. Ice cube trays that were provided in the freezer were not clean. The ice cube trays had some sort of gummy residue that I had to scrub off before I used them.

I've never wrote a bad review, but this hotel was very very unreasonable I didn't like anything about it.
Negatives:
I booked a queen studio, and it was a double bed, ac was very very loud. I politely asked the person that was working the desk he said he was going to to the room to see what's going on he came back and told us that it wasn't loud. And he said there was 7 people that wanted to change rooms because there was something wrong. And his boss gets mad if he changes rooms for anyone , told us that the ac in every room works just like that and I asked him if I can hear another room and he said he can let me hear but he's not changing me rooms he let us go into another room & The ac was way quieter he said he couldn't do anything about that. We had to legitimately book another hotel because how unreasonable he was being. Who can sleep with a loud ac? I have a video of the loud ac.

It took about 3 hours to xheck in, I couldn't keep my eyes open and on hold with booking.com to reset the reservation because it was midnite.

The strongest smell of marijuana through out the entire establishment and I mean it was strongest I've ever experienced.
Not very happy booked 2 nights and didn't even stay one it was so bad. Checked out and tried to get a refund for the night that wouldn't use. And was rudely told that I booked 2 nights and no refund..

The person who checked us in was professional and gave us all the information we wanted regarding breakfast details, parking, etc. Our room was easy to locate. We stayed one night, June 8,2024.
Negatives:
The next day, we went to the lobby to get coffee. The urn ran out so I asked the desk clerk/night auditor (~6:30 AM) if she could replace it. She did grudgingly, which gave me the impression that she was not happy to do this. When she did replace the coffee urn, We noticed that she was wearing sweatpants, not dress pants.
The bed was firm, so people who like firm beds should be pleased with the beds here.

There were only a few small muffins and instant oatmeal (but no milk), coffee and hot water. The listing shouldn't say breakfast included. The staff were very accommodating and helpful.
Negatives:
No breakfast, when breakfast advertised. Bed and pillows not that comfortable. No plates, silverware in kitchen, so everything including hair dryer had to be asked for from the front desk, no hand lotion, small screen TV, poor Internet reception, fridge in room was very noisy, no ice maker and no ice machine in hall.
