Comfortable bed. Really excellent breakfast.

Being allocated an accessible unit was upsetting; cannot understand how this happened. Aircon noisy. WiFi not working. The real downer was the evening receptionist - surly, unhelpful, absorbed in her phone and seeing customers as an annoyance. In our view she was totally unacceptable as a receptionist and urgently needs some restraining.

Positives:
Beds were very comfortable. Very handy to have wahing & drying facilites for Cloathes. Staff were helpful. It was also convenient to have an ATM machine.

Pillows were very soft & lumpy. Breakfast was poor and could do with a wider variety of options.

The bedspread and furniture were badly stained. Yuck! A guy that was hanging out in the lobby and talking to the clerk followed us to our room. It felt very sketchy and we did not feel safe. We decided to cancel and find another hotel. The picture on the ad looked very different from the actual place. Bait and switch.
