Positives:
Comfy rooms, liked the soap, body wash and shampoo pumps, fridge was important to us, loved proximity to airport, enjoyed the large family-friendly pool
Negatives:
Hard to find a working outlet for the Keurig - the computer table next to the pot was probably not plugged in and too much trouble to pull out to check - had to move the pot to the nightstand.
Was expecting the restaurant to be open ( no notice it was not) and although a suitable reduced menu was provided at the bar, seating was difficult for our 7 family members, which included children. Food was good though.

Positives:
Very nice hotel with all the necessary amenities. The restaurant on-site is good and has some original menu (aka house chicken salad with strawberries). The pool area is nice as well for a relaxing time
Negatives:
The only issue I found was the area itself. It's not very clean outside. You also can't walk out anywhere close by as there is nowhere to go, though the downtown is a short ride away. It is also very convenient in relation to the airport with a free skytrain.

The guy checking us in was rude and when we got breakfast in the restaurant in the morning the hostess/waitress just ignored us so we had to seat our self and we had to pay for parking

The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel was clean and had protections in place. The area around the hotel was not great but that isn't the hotel's fault.
