Was not aware pool was down for renovation and was the only reason we booked.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. It is close to the train so we took a ride downtown.

We planned on swimming and using the hot tub since it was advertised to be open again on May 1. After arrival they informed us it was closed until December. I wish we would have been notified ahead of time.

The location was great, and the staff were very friendly and good with customer service. I love the cookies. They’re always amazing. Everything was clean and I love that the staff came into my room, unexpected and cleaned everything and brought new towels in.
Negatives:
The rooms were a little dated, and I would’ve liked to have more technology for the TV such as streaming apps and the ability to cast from my phone at least. The plugs were all faulty so it was hard to keep my phone charged because the plugs kept falling out of the wall plugs that was annoying. There also was no place to charge the USB cord so you had to use the outlets. All the outlets were faulty in the room. Thankfully, I had my own power chargers that didn’t require an outlet.
