The location is great, and so is the staff.
Negatives:
The air conditioning in our room wasn’t working properly, the steam from the bathroom made our whole room humid because of improper air flow. Our tub and bathroom sink were slow draining, and the room smelled musty. Happy hour snacks used to be better than a bowl of raisins, old grapes, mixed nuts, and Chex mix.

Positives:
I like the location. It is close To where we wanted to go and had plenty to do around it. The breakfast is better than most and there were plenty of seats. The balcony was nice to hang out after dark when the sun went down. The ac worked. Checkout was easy.
Negatives:
There were no parking available if you came back after 10pm. The hotel blocked off almost 30 parking spaces for buses so there was no where to park. They only had one bus the whole time there. People just parked in the circle by the hotel or wherever space they can find. We had to make our own parking spot both nights we were here. They didn’t charge us any parking fee because of this issue. There was no hot water. It was just lukewarm. The bath tub and toilet didn’t drain well. Elevator stopped working the second day there but we were on the second floor and was ok with going up and down the stairs.
