Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

There was an un-pleasant smell when entered the room, it took couple of days to adjust to it. No break fast and need to buy basic kitchen utensils, room service is weekly once otherwise its paid service. Lot of people smoke just outside the lobby, doesn't feel good to come out for fresh air.

It was close to where we needed to be. People at front desk were pleasant.

Extended stay was just that. No facilities, housekeeping, or coffee. Room had floor coming up, bedside light didn't work, and beds not comfortable. Only stayed one night.

They had a lift. The lady from reception was lovely and tried to make up for the poor facilities.
Negatives:
We booked because it had a kitchen so we could prepare our own meals. The kitchen did not have an oven, kettle, plates, cutlery, pots or pans or anything, it was a bench with a sink, so it was useless for making anything. The carpet was so stained and gross we had to wear footwear at all times.
We felt very unsafe outside in the car park and hotel grounds because of all the homeless/addicts. The hotel has a lot of long term tenants staying which caused us to feel unsafe.
