Most of everything that the hotel had to offer. The beds were uncomfortable the room we originally were given smelt like cigarettes and smoke even thought the hotel clearly says no smoking area and has signs everywhere saying not to smoke in the rooms.

OKAY if you can't afford better.

It was close to where I was going.. The night manager was great very informative and welcoming.

Safety issues inside and outside of the hotel. They bang on your door at 8:30 and 10:30 in the morning turning the knob asking if youre checking out before 11:00AM. Rude day staff. The clerk that checked me out and the maintenance man.

My daughters family checked in about 11:00pm and then were awaken and told to leave at about 1:30am. They were told new guess who booked through their website had checked in and needed the room. Since they used the hotel website they had priority.
