The front doors were locked and couldn't get anyone to answer the courtesy phone for 20 minutes. The desk lady was in the back having to do laundry and couldn't hear the phone. Not her fault. The owners should have a better system. The place needs some serious repair work as well

Filthy floors, water pressure low, furniture holes, wifi didn't work, tv old w/damaged screen. Rm nxt door flooded causing worker noise-no water1/2 day-no shower to get ready for event. Water seeped into our rm and staff told us we had to clean ourselve

Absolutely nothing this place totally made it extremely hard for us and could care less I stayed there three nights and then went to rebook and was told they didn’t take my form of payment (even though I had already paid them and they took it then what an absolute joke and hateful people
