Positives: The location was close to the footprint center, which is where I was going. I didn't want to stay too close to downtown because of traffic
Negatives: No one was at the front desk when I arrived. I waited 20 minutes before anyone showed up. Once I was checked in, I went to my room. Everything thing seemed on until we had our first problem, which was that after brushing our teeth, we found out the sink wouldn't drain. I called the front desk, and there was no maintenance, so I would have to stick my hand in the dirty water to drain the sink. Even after holding the stopper up for 10 minutes, I wouldn't drain. I had to completely unscrew the too part of the drain and fish out all the hair and gunk from other guesses before me before it would drain. I was so discussed. 2nd problem the mini fridge in the room didn't work, which sucked because I have medication. I have to keep cold. I had to get ice and keep it cool that way. The 3rd problem started around 1:30 am. when the ac stopped working. I called the front desk and was told they didn't have any rooms I could move to, so I would have to wait until 7 am when maintenance came in before anything could be done about fixing it. Once the roo. To 77 degrees, I knew we couldn't stay any longer. I again have medication that needs to be kept cold, so a hot room where the fridge doesn't work doesn't help. Also, I overheat easily. Once I start sweating, I will faint, so we had no choice but to check out at 3 in the morning. I live in Tucson, which is 2 hours away. I had a horrible experience. What kind of hotel doesn't have maintenance from 3 pm until 7 am? After I checked out i was told the manager would call me around 9am to discuss my horrible experience and talk to me about getting some of my money back since I had to do your maintenance job and I had to leave at 3am. When she didn't call me I called her at 10:30 and was told she was out be would call me when she got back. I never received a call from her. I've never stayed at such a mess of a hotel before. Do better!
