Customer service: I was abandoned by my airline in the middle of the night and this hotel made a very stressful situation easier. Checked in at midnight without a glitch. Room was clean and lovely, breakfast was good (not free, but I didn't care, since the airline will eventually be paying).
Negatives:
This is not a 4 star hotel and I didn't expect it to be. It is a classic business traveler hotel, and that's fine. But the staff WERE 4 star.
