Came to visit Arizona in August during extreme temperatures at 45°C averaging everyday.
Air conditioning fan had to be kept on constantly to keep us cool but unit was extremely loud. Didn’t make for a comfortable nights sleep.

In the heart of downtown, it was excellent. Close to the venue I was going to . We used the valet parking for 2 nights' stay. Walking distance to restaurants, bars. Ordered room service our 2nd night, the food was really good.

Valet parking was a little more expensive than what I had thought. But in the end, it was worth it, not struggling to find parking nearby.

This Hotel is 2-3 blocks from the Convention Center, Footprint Center, and Chase Field. I love how they kept the original character of the building, yet have modern conveniences. The view was beautiful and the rooms are spacious.
Negatives:
Please have the bar or restaurants open a little later. We were unable to enjoy the rooftop bar because the event got out at 11:30 and it was closed before we got back.
