Rooms are run down. No hot water and staff didnt notify or try to rectify the situation. The pool wasnt heated, probably due to boiler problem. The manager was rude and didnt try to come up with a solution for us even though another part of the hotel had hot water. I had to demand a room to shower in and then the next day when a room with 2 beds became available I had to ask for it rather than management offering. We should have just checked out and gone elsewhere. We received nothing for our inconvenience.

The room set up was very good, and the bathroom had plenty of space with towels convenient after showering.
Negatives:
Outside of the room, the temperature was cold; unable to take off coats anytime in the lobby area with the restaurant so cold we had to eat with coats on.
