Good location, spacious room. The staff was friendly.
Negatives:
I was there for a weekend and no one cleaned or came into my room. The air conditioner worked well but was very loud with a rattle that woke me up multiple times during the night. The room keys lost programming -- had to go to the front desk each day I was there to get the cards reset. When I went to checkout there were no one at the front desk and had to wait for 15 minutes until someone showed up.

Overall an ok stay. This is an older property and for the money I was hoping for a better experience
Positives:
It has been the best hotel experience during our 2 weeks travel discovering the grand South-West America states. The room style is just as our taste, comfortable bed, high quality and abundant breakfast, wonderful personnels and waiters who served us at table. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the jacuzzi as well. We would certainly stay here again if come back visiting the Phoenix!
Negatives:
Would even be better if there were more lights in the room. And if equipped with a hot water cattle in the room (for the clients like me who would like to make a herbal tea before bed time)
