Negatives: Nothing

Negatives: Check in is late 4pm and the lazy river which is the reason we chose this location was closed at 5 that day. They never opened it back up. The Pools were small and over crowded. The jacuzzi was dirty. The slide was closed. I don't feel like we gor our monies worth

Negatives: Only 1 place to eat

Negatives: Property could use some external building upgrades and improvements i.e. paint and nicer landscaping features would have made the stay feel more inviting. Hole-in-the-Wall restraunt has some serious consistency issues. One night we had great food, next night it tasted like leftovers from a catered event. No fresh vegetable options, or at least they didn't have them when we were there. James and Vicki were great waiter staff though.

Negatives: The resort is very outdated. The pool area had an indoor/outdoor bar but was not open the whole time we were there. The elevators did not have A/C even though it was in July and in Phoenix Az. Our room had stains on the carpet, and when we moved the couch, there was a big meat bone if some sort under it. The A/C unit started leaking all over the floor. When we called it in, it took more than an hour to get someone to come, and that was after calling a second time. The water wet all the towels under the sink area, and the technician said he would let housekeeping know to bring more. Again, it took more than an hour after I called to verify someone coming to bring more towels. They finally offered to move us to a different room, which was better than the first and then only after my wife called to say we weren't happy with it. We had already waited for too long with the problems we had that we couldn't take advantage of that first afternoon because we had to wait for the staff to show up. My daughters were dressed to go to the pool, but that didn't pan out. We were all very disappointed with that first night. They have a restaurant next to the pool park, which was good. That's where you get your breakfast if it's included in your stay, but it gets added to your room and then discounted after you check out. When we checked out (3 night stay), I told the front desk supervisor what had occurred that first night, and he deducted the resort fee from our bill, which was a kind gesture.
