The pool options and the location. Fitness center was nice with good equipment. Having the Starbucks coffee option was nice.
Negatives:
No microwave in the room. Small room that was loud. Signage around the hotel was confusing and we had a hard time figuring out where to go to the water park and the fitness area.
Positives:
Every single staff person (and there are many) had an A+ attitude and made us feel wanted and appreciated there. They bent over backwards to accommodate. Even though it is a huge resort and owned by Hilton, it never had that detached corporate feeling.

The heated pool and lazy river were so much fun for the kids. Had these not been heated (the lazy river wasnt heated the first day we were there) it might have been too cold for even kids to enjoy.

The pillows are THE worst. I stacked 2 on top of each other, folded them in half and still ended up 1 inch higher than the bed due to sinkage.

Check in 4pm. Got to room - pullout broken. Had to switch rooms. By then water park was closed. Next morning it didnt open til 10 (water slide at 11) & we had to check out by 11. Asked for a late check out so we could enjoy it & they charged us a fee!

The hotel or resort fee charge was a disappointment in that the waterpark& mini golf course area was not properly unkept/attended. Under proper supervision staff would be held accountable to address park, upkeep, and customer service..

Room was very basic. When booking it said we would have a microwave which it did not, asked about it they said they would bring one but never did. Also stated I would get a resort credit but no one knew anything about it.

The hotel is perfectly located. The grounds a very well kept and clean.

The rooms are very dated. The carpet and furniture looked straight out of the early 80's, and it shows its age.

I had a room close to the pool! Safe area

Room was too far from main check in, restaurant was not up to par with food didn't have all the menu to serve. Breakfast buffet was expensive $22 wow.
