I have to make special mention of Vince and Nick. These 2 staff members made our stay just perfect. Always checking if we needed anything and always being so kind. Always enjoyed seeing both of them.

Loved the concierge, i was blown away by the breakfast, the cook was lovely and is passionate about her job.Meeting the staff was a highlight it made our stay there more enjoyable. The free water is a great touch as it is needed for the heat in summer. The laundry facilities were helpful and the pool was great after being cleaned. The shuttle service too and from airport was top knotch. My fav two drivers were Vince and Ray. Bryan wasn't as chatty however did not kill our vibe.
The staff made our experience wonderful. I would love to stay again and recommend to others that are travelling to Phoenix to stay here. Make sure to get Nick a bowtie.
Negatives:
The housekeeping was not done consistently, main pet peeve was always asking for sheets to be changed and to replace the towels. Policy states it will be done every two days we waited 3 days and then had to book in a clean on the fourth day, even after this the rubbish hadn't been cleared and bed was not made. This was on level 3 friends staying on level 2 said they had great daily service.
We were in our room when the lady came back, we saw none of our surfaces were cleaned down with and the pull out couch bedding which was asked for was not done the bathroom ammenities were changed but toilet and shower not cleaned.
Each day we had to ask for our towels and toiletpaper if needed at the front desk and the staff were always accomodating.

Very convenient to the airport. Large rooms quite comfortable for traveling with teens. Kitchenette was a bonus that would have been great for a longer stay. Breakfast had a lot of options.

We liked everything about the hotel. The beds were comfortable the rooms were clean the staff was friendly.
Negatives:
The only thing we didn't like was that the breakfast could have been better. They didn't have enough stuff out for example the yogurt machine wasn't working, the orange juice machine wasn't working, we could have had more meat for breakfast and eggs. More clean silverware and fresh fruit water.
