Housekeeping talks super loud, yells at each other down the hallway and had no respect for sleeping guest. On Friday morning it started around 7:45 AM, and went all the way up to 11 AM. It was so annoying. On Saturday it started at 8 AM and we learned the entire life story of a guy named Pepe. We were looking so forward to sleeping in during our vacation and that was not possible. Another fallback is we were not allowed to check in at 1:30 PM (I notified them way in advance that was driving in and would be there at that time) no one was allowed to check in until 3 PM which was very hurtful to us because we missed our dinner reservation at 4:30 PM, I needed to get ready. We were also not explained any of the amenities for example, the parking sticker or the social hour which we missed out on as well. I paid for my own parking. I wished we got that same experience that was given to everyone else.
