Staff was friendly, we had a mix up the first day but the lady who was there when we called made it work out for us. Other staff was friendly too. Price was good.
Negatives:
Location was not exactly where I wanted to be, felt a little unsafe at night time. but that’s not the hotels fault! The hotel itself was nice though.

The bed was so comfortable.

The bathroom was not cleaned correctly. There was a public hair in the shower and left over bar soap on the top bar holder. Pool was not working for the two days we were there and I was looking forward to it. If I would've known that, I would've booked else where.
