Curtain in room was broken. No shampoo or conditioner in room. Bed did not have a top sheet.

You get what you pay...
Positives:
Your getting a good/decent price ($85) on a Friday night. The beds in room 209 were very nice, clean 2 pillows per bed and alone made me ok with what I paid for the room. It was nice and quiet and the staff and security where friendly.
Negatives:
The A/C worked great except for the fact that I couldn't adjust or turn it off without unplugging it (stuck at 60°). There was no hot water in the shower which was covered in old cigarette burns, and it only came with 1 towel that was simi-dirty. You could tell the door had been kicked in before and the security latch had been replaced and moved, the front metal plate where you insert your key was pulled out and away from the pad.

Was a place to crash for the night and a shower, which was all I needed at that very moment.
Negatives:
No towels or face cloths in the room, had to go to front desk and get some…they gave me 2 towels, no bath may, hand towels or face cloths. Had some sketchy full time resident “guests”.

The bed was comfortable and there is a security guard sitting outside

The hotel is falling apart.
The shower rack fell on its own.
The tv does not work. It was physically broken and it had no cable or channels to view.
The bed was dirty with a lot of stains on it.
No thick blanket and only one pillow per bed.
The bathroom light was flickering on and off.
The bedside lamp does not work.
The shower does not have enough pressure because its broken from the bottom.
The bathroom door does not fully close.
Room #105 shouldnt even be allowed to be rented as it can be a safety issue.
Oh and the room had the Awful smell of green flower when we walked in.
