Negatives: Tried contacting the hotel prior to arrival via email and phone left messages no response. My room was not cleaned the first day I arrived went to the front desk still no help. Front desk rep would not transfer my daughter health check call to my room. Was very rude and disrespectful. Cancelled my return stay and booked with another hotel.
