The front desk receptionist was not welcoming at all to say the least. Rude, obnoxious and entitled. We just arrived from a long drive from San Diego and upon arriving early at 1:45pm, she was quick to announce that there is an early check in fee of $28. We were fine with that but it was her delivery and non-chalant attitude that totally put us off. No customer service at all and her approach made us feel like we owed her our lives!! She really came across as someone who did not like her job and she should seriously consider entering into a field that does not involve customer service. Saving grace was that the room was clean, bed was comfortable and good amenities. The front desk receptionist was affirmation that we will NOT return or recommend this property location and will book future reservations with other competitors that offer more warm, courteous and welcoming check ins.

There was nothing there. No fridge in the room. One trash can in the bathroom, table was wobbly in the room. Very bare bones for the price. No food downstairs usually there is fruit out to grab if they don't serve breakfast. I'm not sure what the plus means. There were barely essentials.Then there was this weird charge for the safe in the room. I read thru all the paperwork on line. It wasn't listed anywhere. Plus they charged my card $75 security deposit which they said they would refund in 7-10 days. What? I get the charge but why 7 -10 days? We won't be going back.
