After calling several times, I finally gave up trying room service and just called door dash. You would expect much more for the price. Tried calling the front desk several times. No answer. The rooms were a little shabby too, with wear/tear on the floor. Not sure why this is listed as 5 star on Booking.com. No freezer shelf in the fridge, which usually comes standard. The only option offered by the front desk to park the car was $40+ valet. Definitely a waste of money.
