Room layout was nice and pool was good
Negatives:
Event going on in the hotel and was not aware of it which concluded of lobby’s and halls being filled with people. Could not sleep with the noise in the hallways. Cleanliness was horrible. Trashes were overflowing and random people not staying at the hotels were in the hallways.

Location is ideally situated right in downtown Phoenix. The hotel is very clean. The gym and pool are great. The air-conditioning was amazing and kept the room at 67 degrees the entire time.

Didn't like the $5 price on a can of soda.

How clean and up to date the rooms was. The breakfast at the bar was convenient and affordable. I liked how close the hotel was to the convention center.

I did not like the high prices in the shop. I expect prices to be higher due to convenience but not that high especially for phone charging cords.
