Very close to the convention center where I was attending a conference, close to walk to many restaurants. Nice room, very clean.
Negatives:
I don't care for room service which is delivered in a bag with plastic utensils. For a hotel like this, I was surprised room service wasn't delivered on a plate with silverware. This was disappointing for the price paid for breakfast.

Only complaint was room 845 the shower head had some build up of hard water. So the water wasnt coming out fully or was partly spraying. For the price I paid, should been working better with better water pressure.

Location. It was near where we were watching a play.
Negatives:
We checked in with Sarah and requested for a late check out at 1pm. Before 11am checkout time, housekeeping opened our door without knocking. Then reviewing my statements today, Feb 26,2024, they charged my card $57.77 without explanation.
Positives:
Clean rooms in good location for the conference I weas attending.
Negatives:
Double charged of what was already a very high price. Staff not willing to look at it straight away and still awaiting a refund.

Negatives:
Booked king size bed, but was given room with 2 smaller beds and wasn't notified by staff at check-in. I found out once I got to the room. Because we had tickets to concert, there wasn't time to discuss. Also, upon arrival, we were told there was no parking left for guests staying due to an event and were given a ticket with instructions to park across the street and that the fee would be waived. However, after checkout the following morning, we got charged $25 for keeping the car in the designated parking area overnight.
