This is a beautiful hotel! Our room was immaculate. We chose this for our 30th anniversary and to see a concert at Chase Field that is within walking distance. We typically wouldnt choose anything this expensive, but it was a special occasion

AC/heater system was a little finicky, but not bad

Excellent location in mid town and very close to Phoenix convention center, excellent and very friendly staff who were very supportive. Miss Sarah in the reception was of great help. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. I took a room with club access, and that made a big difference. The club was very comfortable with excellent food provided for breakfast. Thank you all
