The breakfast was good. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean. Also the free laundry room came in handy. It was nice to have a full refrigerator, microwave and plates and utensils in the room. The free parking is good.....

The hotel did not provide a free 24 hour shuttle to the airport. The airport is only 5 miles from the hotel.....

Positives:
Location was close to the airport which was good, it was clean and quiet. Staff were friendly. Our air conditioner was very loud so couldn’t use it for the first few night but they sent in their engineer and he thoroughly cleaned it, changed the filter and it was perfect after that
Negatives:
There is an odour when you first walk in, not sure if it’s a cleaning product they use but it was off putting. The rest of the hotel didn’t smell, it was just at the front door. The few times we asked, staff weren’t able to suggest attractions or restaurants. Phone in the room didn’t work at all so couldn’t call the front desk. When I mentioned it to the front desk but they said they were changing the phone system or maybe it needed to be charged - the phone was completely dead

The property was fine but there was a problem with booking which caused a lot of stress for my son and I the night before he had major surgery due to unavailability for the 10 nights I had booked through third party.
