Negatives: Parking

Negatives: There was a ringing sound that keep me up and I could not sleep I called at 433 front desk she said she was aware but didn't know where sound came then I called again about 530 to tell them again about the noise at that time I started recording the sound on my phone they were intervals of 5 mins each time . Then I called and they told me the manager would be here at 7 it's 820 and the manager is still not here. As I voice my complaint to the person in the lobby she tried to deny and said that I was the only one who complaint and made me feel as if I was lying or making things up so I told her if she wanted to see the video she said no and I ask her to check in the room and still refused she also says she's unaware of any sound but as I sit in the lobby waiting for the manager I can here the ringing sound in the lobby and as I made my calls to booking.co. and klarma to voice my complaint she made the volume on the TV louder maybe to avoid from me of taking video of the sound. This was more irritating that she could not just identify with me and have compassion and admit there is a sound coming within the walls. That kept me up all night . Please help me resolve this problem I feel I should have to pay I was willing to take a percentage of the bill but after my experience with the person who was there at the lobby at 7am I clock and I stood there waiting till now 830am that I should pay anything at all. Instead of compassion I was treated like I'm the problem. Let's just come to a quick resolution instead of dragging this out. I do have video to support my evidence. Negatives: First of all, the hotel is located in a sketchy area. There's a truck stop nearby, with pimps and hookers. They even lock the hotel lobby at night. "Night window" tells about the neighborhood's crime rate. Second of all, my room had a wet carpet (front desk lady informed us that there were only 2 rooms left: the wet carpet room or the room facing a multilane freeway & a truck stop). We agreed to take the wet carpet room. It was SOAKING wet and smelly. Idk, maybe we should have picked a room facing the freeway & ladies of the night... Third of all, the room was dirty. I'm not even sure if I had fresh bed sheets. We asked for an extra blanket, and were given a dirty one, which smelled like vomit and feces. No hair dryer. No coffee maker. We were too tired after a long flight to look for a different hotel, and just wanted to spend 1 night before heading to Tucson. The room wasn't worth the price.

Negatives: The bed was broken. We slept tilted to one side Told maintenance guy he shugged his shoulders. Roaches in bathroom. Sink was cracked. Towels were dirty. Pillows were hard as bricks Blankets had holes

Negatives: Bed bugs

Negatives: room tagged as non smoking but smelt like smoke. Stained sheets and small bathroom. Also this is not on the hotel but guests loitering/staring random points throughout the evening/night outside the room. Location wasn't exactly the best but decent for budget hotel.

Negatives: It was very difficult to get in and out of my room as the key card had to be swiped up to 10 times before it worked. When I told the person at the front desk they simply acknowledged that the system was somewhat faulty and there was nothing they could do. It obviously wasn't their fault, so I'm not blaming them. The whole place was very run down and felt dirty and unsafe, especially for a single woman travelling alone, which I was. For the price, it was horrible.

Negatives: The A/c was broken.

Negatives: Didn't get my 80 refund for deposit.

Negatives: Very unsafe area. Hotel smelt like weed. Do not stay here
