I got eaten by bed...
Positives:
check in was smooth, it was after hours so went through night office, staff was great. Ample Parking available, IHOP right next door for breakfast and Taco Bell too. Also right off the 10 which was convenient.
Negatives:
room tagged as non smoking but smelt like smoke. Stained sheets and small bathroom. Also this is not on the hotel but guests loitering/staring random points throughout the evening/night outside the room. Location wasn't exactly the best but decent for budget hotel.

It was very difficult to get in and out of my room as the key card had to be swiped up to 10 times before it worked. When I told the person at the front desk they simply acknowledged that the system was somewhat faulty and there was nothing they could do. It obviously wasn't their fault, so I'm not blaming them. The whole place was very run down and felt dirty and unsafe, especially for a single woman travelling alone, which I was. For the price, it was horrible.
