The location and how clean and updated the out side looked. The Continental breakfast was good and the rooms are nice and modern looking.

The beds were not clean or at least the sheets. Everything else was great.

Off of the main road, but actually quiet inside room. It was clean and the sheets and blanket smelled CLEAN. That's a big one for me. I hope to be able to go back to Prescott again and will definitely book here again.

Had a king suite, NO bedroom door! We pay for suite because hubby gets up early, I sleep later but with no door/privacy, didnt happen. Room close to noisy highway. Shower head didnt work, had to wait for maintenance to replace to start our day

Friendly staff, clean room, lots of towels, quiet. I booked a day ahead and they kept in touch with me regarding arrival time. They were understanding about my late check in as we were at a wedding. Pleasant stay.

Mattresses were not great. Bathroom was tiny but well stocked. Really needed an additional blanket as the season is changing.

It looks nothing like the pictures. Its dirty and smelly I had to leave 2 days early because I felt very unsafe.
