Enjoy my one night and...

The room was spacious and well equipped, the pool area was clean and inviting. The location very convenient for the historic downtown area. Other reviewers had stated the area was undesirable, this wasn't something we encountered.
Negatives:
The check in was somewhat chaotic, with it seemed new procedures to be adhered to, so it took a little time. The constant smell of cannabis in all communal external areas.

Thoroughly enjoyed the property however I felt extremely bad for the staff as their hands were tied and many things that could make the place even better. The owners sense of reality for today’s economics is less than stellar.
Negatives:
I was very unimpressed at how the staff’s hands were completely tied and so many areas when it came to just booking the room. I mean, if the owners would realize that this is the 21st-century 2024 and the Apple Pay and Chime and all those other wonderful online banking tools used the exact same money as US Bank or Bank of America life would be so much easier. When you don’t even give your general manager the opportunity to make decisions why do you have her just a micromanage somebody I mean save yourself the money and call and have the house cleaner do it.
