The breakfast included was surprisingly good. The kitchen staff was excellent and friendly.
Negatives:
The bed was excruciatingly uncomfortable. The rooms are starting to show wear. Hole in the side of the mattress. Fridge cabinet door hanging down and not closing. Missing grout in the shower floor. Black scratches in the toilet bowl. The bathroom door is a louvered door not only can anyone else in the room hear everything in the bathroom like there is no door, the draft of air coming in while you shower makes what ever part your body not touching the water cold, especially since the shower has no door or curtain it’s just one piece of glass on the shower head side.
But by far the beds are due to be replaced! It was like sleeping on springs.

Loved the location. Enjoyed the breakfast that was included. Staff friendly and efficient especially the ladies that cooked our breakfast!

Room sliding door lock is broken. Lock needs to be replaced instead of using makeshift screws. Shampoo and conditioner could be upgraded.

COMPLIMENTARY breakfast was great, and so were the people serving it. "Best Western" might conjure up a budget average place, but this was really quite pretty, clean and convenient-- better than we expected! Entire staff was nice, too. Great for walking to Scottsdale restaurants.
