Positives:
They ran out of rooms with two beds but went above and beyond by offering 2 rooms right next to each other. It worked out great since my mom chose last minute to come with us. She got her own room!
Negatives:
We got in late and literally just needed a place to sleep since it was a turnaround trip. Unfortunately, there were a lot of baby/adult cockroaches. The bathroom, the air-conditioner, all over the floor, crawling on the counters. The front office attendant didn't sound surprised.

Positives:
Good location. Close to local hospital, which we needed to visit I’ll family member.
Negatives:
Seemed old and not especially well maintained. In our first room the air conditioner gave a huge pop and smoke started coming out. In second room the bottom of kitchenette cabinets were torn up and sink had old cigarette burns along the rim.

Positives:
The location was good, pretty quiet
Negatives:
The beds were pretty hard. The door and one of the windows still had gaps when you closed them so they didn't seal out the wind or noise. The hot water was very intermittent. Room pretty run down on a whole in need for an update. Definitely not worth the $200 a night we paid.
