Between Saturday, Oct 5th, 2024 at midnight and Sunday, Oct 6th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Phoenix), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Sunday, Oct 6th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Phoenix), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Oct 6, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Negatives: It looked like a homeless shelter. It seems that lots of the room are rented for long term stays. Did not feel safe and did not think my car was safe in the parking lot. The tub/shower was dirty and falling apart.

Positives: This is set up for long stay as the name indicates. There is a kitchenette in the room. Therefore breakfast isn’t provided.

Negatives: You had to request utensils (plates,cutlery etc) from reception as there was NOTHING in the room not even a coffee maker!
