Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Property and rooms needed updating.
Shower/tub did not have anything to keep you from slipping on the floor of the tub. Shower did not have option to change spray, water pressure was low. Towels were old and rough on the skin.
Kitchen was clean, stove needed to be updated. Refrigerator smelled old
No outlets to plug in electronic/phone chargers. ( big mistake if you didn’t bring one.
Breakfast was not great, muffins we stale and fell apart when you unwrapped them.
No ice machine, ice trays in refrigerator did not appeal since the refrigerator smelled.
Staff stood around visiting with guest who probably were long term guest while I needed to wait to speak to someone.
Accidentally left clothing in bathroom, called first thing in the morning to see if they could be mailed/shipped, was told he would call me back in an hour after talking to housekeeping. Six hours later I called again to be told she would call me bak.

Great location for what we had to do for our trip. Staff was friendly.
Negatives:
It was very barebones. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. Though they had kitchens, they were not stocked with any dishes or utensils, you had to get a box of kitchen stuff from the front desk. They had no paper towels in stock. They were short of bath towels, when we asked for clean towels all they had were the floor towels. I had a surgical procedure as part of our trip, the hotel did not have a wheel chair. It was our most expensive stay in the area and was not worth it.
