Wonderful staff. Beautiful place. My comment below should not take away from how wonderful they are.
Negatives:
I was disappointed the dogs weren't more accessible. The dog handler said Dash barks so he wouldn't allow him to get our love. As we walked to Dash, the handler was retreating to get away from us. If Dash is so fragile, maybe he shouldn't be there. The golden lab was wonderful. I have pictures if you want to see the retreat. Last time we were there, the dogs had big red bows and were very friendly..
I have a BMW retractable hardtop convertible. The top was up the whole time we were there. When we checked out it was apparent someone but the top down and when returned to the hardtop position, it did not lock in place. There was a terrible rattle in the car as we drove away because the roof was not secured.

Negatives:
Scottsdale Princess is not what you would expect of a four or five star hotel. Neither can you find any similarity to other Fairmont hotels, which had been our favorite. It has stale and worn interior from floor to furniture. There were stains on a pilow case (photos taken)! They were running a monthlong carnival like event that was loud and chaotic. Parking is so far away from the building, we had to use valet parking and waited in long line every evening.

No hot water for a shower in the moring. The steak restaurant was horrible and way over priced. The lam was extremely fatty and the lobster pot pie was a joke. I would bever eat there again!
