The main building was clean and the front desk rep was nice.
Negatives:
I stayed in the villas that are not attached to the hotel you have to walk through an alleyway to get too. The room needs to be updated it’s very old and it only had 1 little couch and 1 living room chair so if you have more than 2 people in a 2 bedroom villa that’s supposed to hold 6 people you will not all be comfortable in the living area. The refrigerator is too big for the kitchen so it hits the stove area. I had ants in my bathroom which mean they need to spray better. The pool on the villas side had no towels and looked unkept. The main pool where the bar is had no one attending to the area either but the bartender was nice.

Positives:
Hotel is very well located. The reception is very attentive, easy, and quick. They offer complimentary water, so you can get water as many times as you need at the reception. The rooms are very organized, the room service is very good, the pool is great, the overall structure of the hotel is excellent, and it has great value for money.

The staff and room were wonderful. It was clean and comfortable. The food at our on-site convention was very good for a hotel buffet and exceptional at the adjacent Flemmings.

The facilities were lovely, but an indoor lounge would have been nice and the Saturday night entertainment cancelled
