Negatives: Outdated and dingy, pricey

Negatives: Reservations mix-up gave us a room with only one bed, one had to sleep on the couch, so we cut short our visit from two days to one.

Negatives: The smell of chicken from the restaurant next door. The broken shower curtain rail in our room. The noisiest air condition unit I’ve ever encountered. The fact they did not have our pre booked and paid for reservation when we arrived. No water bottles left in the room. The price of this hotel is way higher than I would expect for its standard. The breakfast was 2/10 at best; cold omelettes; polystyrene bowls and plastic cutlery. This hotel is way too expensive for this level of facility. Avoid.

Negatives: The sofa couch. Extremely hard bed to sleep on, you could feel the springs in the mattress.

Negatives: We checked in at 2am because our flight was delayed. It was for a 3 night stay for me and my son. We had paid and reserved a room with 2 queen beds. When we arrived the front desk staff gave us our room key and sent us on our way. As soon as I opened the door I noticed we only had one king bed and a fold out sofa. I called and was told that my room was given away and nothing they can do. I was told we would be moved in the morning but that never happened. The staff acted and spoke to me like they didn’t care. Very rude. Didn’t matter what time of the day I spoke to someone, I got the same result. When I called on Saturday night requesting an updated room, they said no. I began asking why and my response was “are you done”. My 15 yr old son had to sleep on a small broken sofa bed that gave him a sore back. We came from SF ca play in a baseball tournament. Worst experience ever. Especially for th cost.

Negatives: I just explained it above. WORST experience of my hotel stays ever and at 79 years old I did not deserve this!

Negatives: Been coming there for years, my choice is the room to stay in for work, and for family vacations. It has really gone downhill. Ice machines on both sides of the first floor, barely worked. The jacuzzi wasn't working. The toilet in the outdoor changing area for the pool wasn't working, and the entire changing room smelled like week old urine, absolutely horrific. Breakfast was okay. The pancake machine wasn't working. The sausage they serve is barely above dog food level. The little omelette eggs they serve are nasty. After 20 years, we will start staying elsewhere. It's too bad because the location is absolutely perfect. And the rooms are laid out very nice the way they are divided with an interior glass door between the TV couch area and the bedroom.
