Not very good. Oatmeal tasted like cardboard. Eggs had cheese, I'm lactose. Not everyone eats sausage. Only thing to eat was toast with orange juice and coffee.

Maybe having some bacon and eggs with some potatoes.
I booked a room with 2 queen beds and a balcony. I got a room with a king bed and a pull out couch...very uncomfortable. I booked a balcony but got a 3x3x3 triangle that barely fit one chair. Check in person was very rude.

Booked a suite with elderly parents. sofa bed was Awful! Took 2 hrs for them to send up an extra mattress. Wrong size & dirty. Went to desk & carried up bedding myself. Slept on stacked mattress. Staff didn’t care or offer any other solution. Breakfast was cold. Won’t return or choose Holiday Inn again

Breakfast is hot and lots of choices. The pool is nice and the hotel is much bigger than you think it is.
Negatives:
The smokers area right at the front door. Carpet. Front desk - practice mirroring for speech - meaning pace - the local accent is tough to hear and speaking way too fast sends a unnecessary sense of urgency that made me uncomfortable- slow down
