Room was clean. The grounds were clean. The bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
The bathroom fan does not shut off. You could hear it running all night. There was a knocking behind the sink in the bathroom, maybe the water pipes. The air conditioner rattle, but I was able to get it to stop by sitting my purse on it :). Didn't get much sleep. I like to sleep with no noise, so sleep was a problem here for me.

We had so many problems from getting locked out of our room door handle falling off to the pool area then getting moved to another room and having a leak in the bathroom sink and the door to the pool hard to open and our room not getting clean and one of our room keys not working bad experience

We requested a crib, but there wasn't one when we arrived. The hotel key cards didn't work, so we had to call twice to get into our room. The pool light was not working , which is a letdown since we were planned to swim with our toddler at night. We're quite disappointed. The food is okay, but there aren't many options.
