I didn't like that we were surprised of a pet deposit. I asked the clerk about this and he said the Booking.com knows all extra fees should have been disclosed by you. Then we were told there was a fee of $20, I checked my bank this morning and saw that I was charged $25 instead.

Front desk staff were pleasant on check in, the room was typical HI Express, clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was nice. I really liked the front desk offered complimentary cold bottled water just for the taking. The parking lot was large as well.

Breakfast was mediocre at best. I realize it was a basic breakfast, but the omelettes were burnt and stuck to the bottom of the pan on tin foil. Coffee was decent.

The mistakes , over charging our card , making our vacation not pleasant, had to Instacart to make some money just to feed my son , while we were here on vacation, this hotel will prolly not be one we stay at again unless you guys can do something for us, 3 different front desk people didn’t have no idea about any of our issues because the first one was to busy about getting off , tbh I came here with a friend and loved it and wanted to really treat my boyfriend and son , but this was a terrible experience

It was close to restaurants and not far from the surgery center. It was very quiet. The employees were very nice and answered our questions.

I would have to say the bed was not very comfortable. That was my only complaint I would have.
